Covid-19 Update #7 – Seasonal Camping Open

Happy Victoria Day!

We have received permissions to open our campground to seasonal campers with a full season contract.  We will be opening to these guests May 20, 2020.

From our MPP:

‘Per the news release, private campgrounds and parks can open to enable preparation for the upcoming summer season. They can also open to allow access for stationary seasonable homes (similar to cottages) that have access to both electric and water services. Access to rental camping services at a private campground or park is permissible in Stage 1 if the trailer or RV hooks up to electric and water services, and the rental period is for the full season.

Those with seasonal leases can access their sites and stay over, much like how cottager can stay overnight at their cottage. People paying to stay for just one night/weekend wouldn’t have a seasonal lease, therefore wouldn’t be able to access the campground. All amenities in the campgrounds remain closed.’

Please note that common areas including playgrounds will be closed.  Events are put on hold.  No gathering of more then 5 people.  Breach of social distancing requirements will result in immediate removal from the campground.

To check in please pay the balance of your seasonal account to, or upon arrival, and follow the posted signs and directions upon entrance.

We look forward to welcoming you back!

With the announcement today of more places opening up, are we able to rent a trailer at your park for 3 nights? We would love to be able to visit your campground.
