Selling our 2022 Catalina Legacy 263BHSCK. Our family of 4 has lovingly enjoyed our trailer over the past three seasons. Private master bedroom features a full-sized-short queen bed, two spacious double-over-double bunk beds (top supports at least 200 lbs; bottom supports at least 300 lbs). Dinette and couch each convert to beds as well.
The trailer and campsite have had much love put into them to create a haven to relax, unwind, and reconnect with nature. The lot is huge and tree-lined, and the lawn is vibrant; one of the largest and lushest in this park. It’s located in the back of the park; very private and quiet. The site backs onto trees and a field and is bracketed on one side by overflow parking. It boasts morning sun, afternoon/evening shade, a maple tree for shade, and it is close to the path for tubing, the elk, and forest trails.
You will have everything you need already in place, for maximum relaxation, including the following:
– Easily sleeps a family of 4-6 in permanent beds (will sleep 8+ with seating areas converted into beds)
